BET Networks President Scott Mills and his wife, Iva Mills, are divorcing. Iva filed for divorce from the media executive in June 2020, but proceedings are still ongoing, with the estranged couple having recently come to an agreement over child custody in July.

Scott’s attorney, Nancy Chemtob, told Page Six that Scott and Iva will share joint legal custody of their twin children and the parents will enjoy “nearly equal” physical time with them.
