Julia Haart’s estranged husband lost the bid to evict her from their $70M Tribeca penthouse and force the sale of the home to support his floundering company. A New York Supreme Court Judge denied the motion Tuesday, citing several flaws in Scaglia’s filing, allowing Haart to remain in the home.
Haart’s divorce lawyers Nancy Chemtob and Michael Beyda praised the ruling, saying, “Julia Haart has finally been vindicated by Judge Hoffman’s very well thought out decision denying Mr. Scaglia’s request to evict his wife from their $70million apartment.”
