Molly Zamoiski

Molly’s focus and passion are centered on helping her clients reach a timely and fair resolution that provides them with clarity and predictability long after the legal matter has concluded. She intuitively knows how to make her clients comfortable and works closely and strategically with her clients, carefully communicating through every step of the legal process. Molly does not see herself as just a lawyer. She also considers herself a counselor, helping real people resolve major issues relating to every aspect of their lives. Knowing that what she is doing is going to have a serious and significant impact on her client’s future is what motivates her to work so hard day in and day out. Molly has dedicated her legal career exclusively to matrimonial and family law. During her time at Brooklyn Law School, she interned for the Children’s Law Center, for Administration for Children’s Services, and for the Honorable Daniel Turbow in Kings County Family Court. Prior to joining Chemtob Moss Forman & Beyda, Molly was a Partner of The Edelsteins, Faegenburg & Brown, LLP, where she practiced family law for eight (8) years. Molly has extensive experience in every aspect of family and matrimonial law, including equitable distribution, child support and maintenance, child custody and visitation, as well as parental relocation, paternity cases, grandparents’ rights, support and custody modifications, contempt proceedings, and orders of protection. Molly is a member of the New York Women’s Bar Association and has been named as a “Rising Star” in family law by the Super Lawyers - New York Metro list for multiple consecutive years. She is licensed to practice in both New York and New Jersey, and lives in Jersey City with her husband and two daughters.
