Daniel Brickley
Daniel Brickley is an Attorney known for his steadfast and compassionate approach; always aiming to help families cordially resolve their issues, while always representing the best interests of his clients. As a devoted advocate, Daniel’s investment in his clients goes far beyond just winning a case. To Daniel, family is paramount. He approaches matrimonial actions with the utmost care and respect for all individuals involved. Outside of the firm, Daniel remains highly involved in the legal community. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New York County Lawyers Association, the Suffolk County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. With a defined interest in social advocacy, Daniel has also served as a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association’s LGBTQ Committee, as well as the Human Rights Campaign and the Lambda Legal Defense Fund.
In addition to his passion for matrimonial law, Daniel has a strong relationship with the Arts. He possesses an extensive background in media with a career that spanned television, digital, and print journalism. Daniel has also held memberships to the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Smithsonian Institute, the Asia Society, and Museum of Modern Art.
Daniel is a graduate of New York University, with a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Classics. He received his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2017 and the New Jersey State Bar in 2018.
Initially, Daniel worked as an Associate Attorney, providing full-service counsel for depository and non-depository financial institutions before focusing his practice exclusively on matrimonial and family law. Prior to joining Chemtob Moss Forman & Beyda, Daniel practiced family law for several years at boutique firms both in Manhattan and Suffolk County.
With his husband and pet pug in tow, Daniel now happily splits his time between homes in New York City and the North Shore of Long Island.
