Anthony Balzofiore
Anthony practices in all areas of matrimonial and family law, including divorce, property and asset distribution, spousal and child support payments, and custody disputes. Before joining CMFB, Anthony practiced at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where he focused on complex commercial litigation, labor & employment investigations, digital asset and money transmitter regulation, and private equity fund formation. Anthony has also held roles as a senior associate in KPMG’s forensic accounting department, and as a financial analyst at iHeartMedia.
Anthony graduated first in his class and summa cum laude from New York Law School. Upon graduation, he received the Trustees’ Prize for the Highest GPA, the Murray Stockman Memorial Award for the Highest Average in the Law of Evidence, the Milton S. Gould Award for Proficiency in the Law of Contracts, and the Henry J. Wolff Award for Proficiency During a Full Course of Study. Anthony also served as Executive Editor of the New York Law School Law Review.
While in law school, Anthony interned with the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, NYLS’s Post-Conviction Innocence Clinic, and the New York Civil Liberty Union’s Legislative Advocacy Clinic. In addition to his legal education, Anthony holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Monmouth University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Accounting from Fordham University.
Anthony is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
