Arianna Bonné
Arianna’s unique multidisciplinary background in forensic psychology and work with victims of crime and domestic violence gives her a unique perspective on the emotional challenges facing families dealing with divorce. Her experience coupled with her knowledge of family law and dispute resolution enables her to passionately advocate for her clients and help them navigate the divorce process with an empathic approach.
Arianna is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School, where she primarily concentrated on the practice of Family and Matrimonial law. She served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Kelly O’Neill Levy in New York County Supreme Court, Matrimonial Part, participated in the Divorce Mediation Clinic, and received the Pro Bono Leadership Award for her dedication to volunteering with Sanctuary for Families, Matrimonial and Economic Justice Project, where she represented survivors of domestic violence in all aspects of their divorce proceedings. Through her experience, she has developed a deep understanding of the emotional impact a divorce can take on all involved.
While in law school, Arianna served as a Notes Editor on the Brooklyn Journal of International Law. She was chosen for publication in the Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law and the Women’s Rights Law Reporter for her Notes on international human rights violations involving maternal health and gender-based violence.
Prior to joining Chemtob Moss Forman & Beyda, Arianna was an associate with a boutique matrimonial law firm specializing in complex, high net worth divorces. She is also a former Assistant District Attorney at the Queens District Attorneys Office, where she conducted complex investigations into both misdemeanor and felony cases, evaluated evidence, and worked directly with key witnesses. Arianna earned a Masters in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, and her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park.
Arianna is a member of the New York Women’s Bar Association, New York City Bar Association, and a member and Committee Chair of the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York.
