Sue Moss, an experienced divorce attorney, shares her thoughts on Kate Winslet’s divorce being “amicable”. “The reason for all the speculation over the Winslet divorce is simple,” Moss says. “When couples say it is ‘entirely amicable and is by mutual agreement,’ it usually isn’t. This is sort of like saying, ‘It’s not you, it’s me,’ which virtually always means ‘It’s you.”
