Following a viral kiss-cam incident at a Coldplay concert involving Astronomer executive Andy Byron and his company’s HR chief, legal experts say Byron’s wife, Megan Kerrigan, could be entitled to half his fortune. Although infidelity clauses in prenups are rarely enforced, evidence of cheating could impact financial settlements.

Nancy Chemtob explained that under Massachusetts law, Andy Byron’s wife could receive up to half his $20–$70 million fortune due to their long-term marriage, especially if no prenup exists and marital funds were used to support the alleged affair.
