Kevin Federline is making scandalous allegations against his estranged wife, Britney Spears. Nancy Chemtob, a New York divorce attorney, who does not represent Britney or Kevin, weighs in on the situation and offers advice to the couple.
“Sexual preference is not relevant grounds for custody,” Chemtob says. “Based on the ages of these particular children, it’s totally irrelevant. It just has to do with what they are doing in front of the children – not what sexual orientation the parent is.”
